A commercial-grade cold plunge with a tap-to-pay session system built in. Residents or guests pay a few dollars per session from their phone — the money goes straight to your building's account. The amenity recovers its own cost, then keeps earning.

How a session works
No app to install, no card terminal, no staff. The water is held cold 24/7 — payment starts the session, not the cooling.
The plaque by the tub. Phone camera, no app.
Apple Pay or Google Pay. You set the price — $3 to $5 a session.
Session light turns on. A real immersion takes 3–5 minutes at 5°C.
Funds land in the building's own account. Live dashboard included.
The numbers
Short sessions mean high throughput — one tub comfortably serves 20+ sessions a day. Here's the honest maths at $4 a session, already net of card fees and estimated electricity.
| Usage | Net income / month | Essential system — from $6,990 | G5 all-in-one — from $10,990 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quiet · 5 sessions/day | $455 | ~18 months | ~28 months |
| Typical · 10 sessions/day | $1,000 | ~8 months | ~13 months |
| Busy · 20 sessions/day | $2,089 | ~4 months | ~6 months |
Illustrative scenarios, not a guarantee — your usage will vary. A 60-apartment building where 1 in 6 residents plunges daily is the typical row. Holiday resorts often skip per-session pricing entirely and bake the amenity into the nightly rate instead — we'll model your property on your proposal. Final equipment quote after enquiry.

Requirements
Already have a sauna on a dumb timer? The same session system retrofits to it — start earning from the amenity you already own.
Outdoor & pool-deck installs
Queensland pool-safety law applies to any vessel deeper than 300mm — including cold plunges in common areas. For outdoor sites we supply a compliant enclosure (1.2m barrier, self-closing self-latching gate) with payment-controlled entry: the barrier the law already requires becomes the gate that earns. Exit is always free from inside. Every site is confirmed with a licensed pool-safety inspector.
FAQ
The amenity zone already sits behind your fob and cameras — the QR is the meter, not the lock. The session light makes non-payment visible, and the dashboard shows usage against revenue. For outdoor sites, the mandatory pool-safety gate doubles as payment-controlled entry. And nobody lingers in 5°C water — the product self-limits like no other amenity.
No. The chiller holds temperature 24/7 on its thermostat under an insulated cover — that's a few dollars a day in power, covered by the first sessions each morning. Payment starts a session, never the cooling. It's always ready.
The system does most of it: ozone self-sanitisation plus continuous filtration, no chlorine handling for your staff. The only consumable is a filter cartridge, and the screen tells you when. Our optional care plan does filters and water changes entirely for you.
Provide the corner, the power point and sign-off. We deliver, install, fill, set up the payment account in the building's name, put up the signage and train your manager in 30 minutes. Revenue lands in your account from day one.
Your call. Many resorts skip per-session pricing and bake the cold plunge into the nightly rate or a wellness package — a recovery amenity lifts rates, reviews and listing photos. Others meter it with the same QR. We'll model both on your proposal.
Tell us about your building or resort and we'll send a one-page proposal with the payback model for your property. Sunshine Coast based, Australia-wide delivery.
